What is the position? Evercore seeks to hire a junior Analyst for its Strategic Shareholder Analytics team in New York, NY.
Primary Responsibilities: The Shareholder Analytics Analyst will develop and prepare unique, data-driven analytics related to investor behavior in strategic situations. In this role, the Analyst will help to create content to be used with clients for pitches and ongoing work related to activism, hostile activity, strategic M&A as well as other situations. The Analyst will create internal and client presentations and will work within a team environment to create content to expand Evercore’s Shareholder Advisory practice.
Specific Qualifications: The analyst will be ambitious, self-directed, creative, and resourceful. The candidate will be intellectually-curious, eager to learn, and passionately interested in M&A, capital markets, and data analysis.
