Evercore seeks to hire an Executive Assistant (EA) supporting the CEO of Evercore Wealth Management (EWM) in the New York office. The ideal candidate should be a senior-level EA who is able to provide high-level, professional administrative support in wealth management. The candidate must be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and support related tasks, and be able to work independently and accurately. The candidate must also be well organized, flexible and be able to enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a high-profile manager. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with executive management, clients, industry professionals, and staff (at all levels), while remaining flexible, proactive and resourceful. The candidate must also possess a keen sense of confidentiality and exercise good judgment when discretion is needed.
