Experienced Marketing Associate – Wealth Management

What is the Position? Evercore Wealth Management, LLC and Evercore Trust Company, N.A. seeks to hire a Marketing Associate to join our team in New York.  

 Primary Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support the Head of Marketing in executing integrated marketing campaigns that enhance client engagement and drive business development.
• Assist with the coordination and execution of sponsorships, conferences, and national events.
• Manage and maintain the firm’s LinkedIn program, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and brand standards.
• Implement and track marketing and business development initiatives within the firm’s CRM system.
• Support the Head of Marketing in overseeing processes and preparing analytic reports for the Center of Influence (COI) referral program.
• Coordinate and assist in managing the RFP process across business lines and internal teams.

 
Specific Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• A self-starter with a proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and initiative.
• Highly organized with excellent time-management, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
• Collaborative team player who works effectively with colleagues and senior stakeholders.
• Adaptable and resourceful, able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Expected Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000
