About Evercore Real Estate Capital Advisory (RECA)
RECA is an integrated real estate platform which provides a broad range of advisory services to real estate sponsors and limited partners. RECA raises capital from institutional investors and provides strategic advisory for a variety of private real estate vehicles, including commingled funds, joint ventures and separate accounts, focused on a wide range of sectors, geographies and risk/return profiles. Position Description
RECA offers qualified candidates exposure to all aspects of the global real estate fund placement and advisory business. An Associate position in RECA provides outstanding experience and unparalleled exposure to its clients and senior professionals. Candidates will be required to manage multiple fund, recapitalization/restructuring and/or direct transactions at once, serving as the day-to-day deal team lead and primary point-person for clients. Responsibilities include the due diligence, analysis and underwriting of real estate fund managers and/or investment opportunities, the drafting of PPMs, CIMs, presentations and other marketing/due diligence materials, overseeing all aspects of the transaction marketing process including educating the global distribution team and coordinating the investor roadshow and responding to investor due diligence requests. RECA is seeking individuals with real estate experience who are team players, possess the desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment and who are adept at overseeing and guiding junior resources.

Specific Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience at a real estate firm including but not limited to: real estate private equity, investment banking, finance, brokerage, placement agent or development companies
- Solid grasp of real estate fundamentals and valuation; knowledge of Argus is a plus
- Extensive experience with excel and building financial models
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to articulate ideas
- Superb communications skills, both written and oral
- Highly disciplined work ethic and stamina
- An MBA is a plus but not required
