What is the position? Evercore seeks to hire an Associate for its Strategic Shareholder Analytics team in New York, NY.
Primary Responsibilities: The Shareholder Analytics Associate will develop and prepare unique, data-driven analytics related to investor behavior in strategic situations. In this role, the Associate will manage Analysts in helping to create content to be used with clients for pitches and ongoing work related to activism, hostile activity, strategic M&A as well as other situations. The Associate will create internal and client presentations and will work within a team environment to create content to expand Evercore’s Shareholder Advisory practice.
Specific Qualifications: The Associate will be ambitious, self-directed, creative, and resourceful. The candidate will be intellectually-curious, eager to learn, and passionately interested in M&A, capital markets, and data analysis.
