Evercore seeks to hire an experienced professional to provide Compliance advisory coverage for the Firm’s Private Capital Advisory (“PCA”), Private Funds Group (“PFG”) and Real Estate Capital Advisory (“RECA”) businesses. In this role, the candidate will support the Firm’s compliance program by advising these private placement businesses with respect to applicable rules and regulations. In addition, the role will assist with the review and monitoring of employee private investment requests, as appropriate. The role is based in New York, NY, reports to the Head of Core Compliance, and partners closely with the businesses and the Legal & Compliance team.
In addition to providing compliance advisory coverage for PCA, PFG and RECA, the role will support other Core Compliance functions, including AML, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery and -Corruption, Gifts & Entertainment, Political Contributions, Regulatory Inquiries, Registrations and Continuing Education, Personal Account Disclosures, Employee Training and Certifications, Outside Business Activities, Private Investments, Electronic Communications Surveillance, Testing and Supervision, and Policies and Procedures.
